An evening of drinks and spuntini (snacks) inspired by Massimo’s contemporary take on Italian regional cooking, alongside multi-hatted chefs Stefano Manfredi (Osteria Balla), Giovanni Pilu (Pilu at Freshwater), Alessandro Pavoni (Ormeggio at the Spit, Via Alta), Jason Saxby (Osteria Russo & Russo) and Ben Greeno (Momofuku Seiobo). Expect the unexpected, as well as excellent food and drinks.
