This November Stefano Manfredi and Julie Manfredi-Hughes will celebrate 30 years of service to Australian hospitality. For three decades Manfredi has been instrumental in defining Sydney dining, Italian cuisine in Australia, pioneering innovative restaurant design, breeding a new generation of leading chefs and creating awareness around sustainable produce.

Join Stefano and Julie to celebrate at Osteria Balla Manfredi at The Star or Manfredi at Bells  at Killcare to indulge in highlight dishes from the past 30 years or take part in a celebration event.

Celebrations will kick off  October 31st, with one of the highlight events of Sydney Morning Herald  Good food month , a Tribute dinner at Balla

At Balla a different set menu will be available each week throughout November with 4 courses for $75, matching wines optional.  At Manfredi at Bells , the signature  5 course degustation menu with matching wines  will be a celebration of 3 decades of Manfredi  at $120 per person for food and  with selected matching wine tasting  the total cost is $180
