On Wednesday 29 June, Stefano Manfredi and Gabriele Taddeucci (the head chef of Manfredi’s new venture at Star City) will join O Tama Carey and the Berta team for one night only in praise of Cavolo Nero. The dinner will pay homage to this dark leafed, Tuscan winter vegetable – the stuff of hearty ribolita soup.
