For Balla’s  second featured regional dinner  on Tuesday 10th July , we have something extra special. Piemonte, home to Fiat and  Nebbiolo , not only has loads of great wine but some of the most sophisticated and flavoursome cuisine in all of Italy. It’s star attraction has to be its many truffle dishes. Here we are in luck because the local black truffle season is in full swing. Expect a full Piedmontese truffle menu with matching wines from the region. Cost is $120 for truffle menu and wines!!!” says Stefano Manfredi
