Our extra virgin olive oil is sourced by Stefano and is estate made and bottled deep in the heart of Tuscany by Frantoio Franci al Montenero d’Orcia and is a blend of Frantoio , Leccino, Olivastra, Perenzana, Corantina, and Ogliarola olives.
This artisan olive oil will awaken the senses with a fragrance of light fruit, clear grassy olives and soft hints of ripe fruit and artichoke. Best served to taste with our handmade breads at Osteria Balla and Manfredi at Bells, your palate will be delighted with a clear, grassy and slightly sweet sensation, leaving you with a pleasant and moderate spiciness.
