On Friday 29 July, Pretty Beach House hosted Stefano Manfredi’s annual Manjimup Truffle Dinner.  The intimate five course event could only be described as decadent, with the house filled with the gentle aroma of these wonderful West Australian truffles.  Guests were delighted with Stefano’s offerings, almost unanimously agreeing the dish of the night was the goose egg and nettle raviolo with black truffles.
