On Friday 29 July, Pretty Beach House hosted Stefano Manfredi’s annual Manjimup Truffle Dinner.
Our last site visit to Balla was amazing. The restaurant is really taking shape, from the Aperitivi bar in place at the restaurant’s entrance right through to the beautiful floor boards which have now been laid.
On Thursday 14th July, Stefano Manfredi and Julie Manfredi Hughes announced the details of the restaurant which heralds their long–awaited return to the Sydney dining scene. Balla, set to open at the newly redeveloped The Star complex in September 2011, will be a restaurant dedicated to the culture of Italian food, wine and service.
This year our annual celebration of fresh-out-of-the-ground Australian black truffles will be held in the elegant Atrium Dining Room of Pretty Beach House.
